The Ordering Process:

Send Us Your Artwork

  • Synergy can match any custom lettering, patterns or fonts. Please submit high resolution vector art in either .ai or .eps format. 

Get a Quote

  • Prices are determined based on a combination of fabric options, design choices, quantities and customization requirements. 

Send Us Your Order

  • Please send us your order using Microsoft Excel with each cell clearly marked. We will review and confirm your order with you before manufacturing. 

Payment

  • A 50% down payment is required to start manufacturing. The remaining balance is due upon the completion of manufacturing and before delivery. Visa & MasterCard are accepted with a 4% transaction fee. 

Delivery 

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the time of the year. Our standard manufacturing time for custom orders is 4 weeks. We will ship your order via FedEx and will provide each customer with a tracking number. 

Returns:

Items shipped can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The return window is closed 30 days after FedEx has confirmed delivery. Please contact us with any and all issues before the return period has closed.
